Staff are always so helpful and friendly and will always make time to tell you about your childs day. If my children are upset being dropped off in a morning, staff will comfort them and have rang in the past to let me know they settled ok. If my children are unwell or have a minor accident, even if they do no need to be collected, a member of the team would still ring just to make us aware. My children have the opportunity to participate in various activities and nursery always make an effort to do seasonal activities.
